Rules and guidelines for using our website and services
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SALIKA Agriculture Cooperative website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SALIKA AGRICULTURE COOPERATIVE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SALIKA AGRICULTURE COOPERATIVE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by posting the revised Terms to our website and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of our Services following notification of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SALIKA Agriculture Cooperative regarding the use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and SALIKA Agriculture Cooperative relating to your use of the Services.
